Consolidated 3900 and 3900 TM Series pilot-operated safety relief valves (POSRVs) adopt a semi-nozzle primary valve structural layout, whose center-to-end overall dimensions fully comply with the API 526 dimensional specifications for pilot-operated safety relief valves.
The 3900 Triple Media (TM) model represents an industry pioneering pilot-operated safety relief valve solution engineered for universal service across liquid, gaseous/air and steam working fluids. It has obtained multi-medium certification in accordance with ASME B&PVC Code Case 2787, allowing standardized capacity marking for all three fluid types on a single valve unit.
All models within the full 3900 product line are equipped with non-flow pilot valves as standard configuration, compatible with both compressible gas and incompressible liquid service. Custom alternative pilot assemblies can be selected to deliver pop action or modulating operation separately, accommodating diverse technical demands including different working pressure spans, superior seat sealing performance and precise blowdown control.
Boasting outstanding application adaptability, this valve series integrates convenient maintenance access, robust long-term operational dependability, wide application flexibility, alongside energy-efficient and stable working performance.
