Baker‑Hughes Masoneilan 535H and 536H pressure regulators provide accurate pressure reduction for air, liquids, saturated and superheated steam. Available in sizes ¾” through 2”, with full‑area or reduced trim, they are suited for small‑to‑medium flow applications requiring Class IV or VI shut‑off per IEC 60534‑4 / ANSI/FCI 70.2. For service temperatures above the diaphragm temperature limit, fit the actuator beneath the valve‑body centre‑line. A condensate barrier in the sensing line and actuator case protects the diaphragm. Alternative mounting requires an independent condensate‑barrier assembly. Contact the factory for additional information.

When process‑operating temperatures exceed the temperature rating of the diaphragm material, mount the actuator below the regulator body’s centerline. A condensate barrier formed inside the impulse‑sensing line and actuator diaphragm housing shields the diaphragm from high‑temperature damage. Any alternative mounting orientation shall incorporate a dedicated, reliable condensate‑barrier assembly. Please consult the factory for further technical guidance.
