Gen II 2900 and 2900 TM Series pilot-operated safety relief valves (POSRVs) adopt a full-nozzle construction with overall dimensions compliant with API 526 specifications for conventional direct-spring pressure relief valves. Equipped with a proprietary integrated sensing full-nozzle structure, these valves deliver simplified maintenance and enable seamless conversion between spring-loaded and pilot-operated relief modes over their entire service life. As the world’s first full-nozzle POSRV engineered for triple-media operation, the 2900 TM variant functions reliably with liquids, air/gases and steam, holding multi-media certification that complies with ASME B&PVC Code Case 2787 for multi-fluid capacity marking. Identical pilot valve technology utilized on the 3900 Series is fitted for both product lines, featuring modulating pilots that achieve genuine zero seat leakage. This upgraded overpressure protection system effectively cuts carbon output and industrial emissions for process facilities.
